Part-time English Teacher (Corporate English Training)

Responsibilities:

  • Teach corporate students business English
  • Lead English tutorials & group lessons, both in group and one-on-one setting
  • Prepare course materials & handouts
  • Support the overall learning of the student

Requirements:

  • University or above, major in English or Education preferred
  • Teacher training such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, PCEd, etc. preferred
  • Solid teaching experience in corporate English courses is a MUST
  • Experienced in teaching beginner, intermediate and advanced business English
  • Patient & positive with genuine interest in education
  • Preference will be given to applicants with authorization to work in Hong Kong

Full-time English Teacher

Responsibilities:

  • Teach the range of Kaplan English programs e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, etc.
  • Write, proof-read and edit existing/new English materials, including but not limited to, curriculum, teachers’ facilitation guidebook, students’ learning materials, marketing articles/press release, etc.
  • Do voice over for new developed course material, conduct pre- and post-course assessment.
  • Help in marketing activities such as exhibition, seminar, trial lessons, etc.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in English / Linguistics / Education with TESOL qualification; Master degree is an advantage.
  • Native English speaker with 3-5 years of General / Business English teaching experience; fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of HK education system; experience with tertiary and local schools preferred
  • Ability to propose English training outlines for clients.
  • Computer literacy including MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
