The SAT:
The SAT is the most important test for getting into college in the United States. The SAT measures the critical thinking skills you need in order to be successful in college. Thus, you need a high SAT score to get into the college of your choice.

The SAT does not test intelligence, nor does it necessarily reflect your school grades. Rather, the SAT assesses analytical and problem solving skills that are required in college. The SAT is thus, an important element of the college admissions process and is designed to predict your academic performance. Preparation at Kaplan can help you improve your score!

Who should take the SAT:
Nearly all universities in the U.S. require students to take the SAT.  If you are planning to complete your undergraduate degree in the U.S. then you will need to write the SAT test in order to be considered for acceptance.
