The Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) is used to screen applicants for admission to private secondary academies and boarding schools in the U.S.?Split into two main sections consisting of an essay, and paper-and-pencil based multiple choice questions testing your verbal, reading comprehension, and quantitative skills. |
Who Should Take the SSAT:
If you are interested in attending private boarding school, or independent secondary schools in the U.S., then you will need to take the SSAT. Admission officers will use your SSAT score to judge your current, and potential ability to see if?you are able to handle their school curriculum. |
